Returns Policy

Most of our customers are highly satisfied with their purchase and the high quality of the products. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way, we want to make it easy for you to return your item.

Just send us an email to and let us know your order # and reason for the return/exchange.  All items purchased online need prior authorization before being sent back to us.

If you purchased your item online, please note the following:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Your item must be unused or at least 80% full.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In the unlikely case the item was damaged during shipping, please send us a photo.

  • Shipping charges might not be refundable unless the product was defective or damaged during shipping.
  • You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will most likely be deducted from your refund.
